Shipping policy

🌸$10 Scarborough delivery ,  other suburbs beyond Scarborough will increase dependant in distance ( this will be shown in checkout area once a delivery address has been entered  ) 

🌸Deliveries will be made by us between 9-6 pm M-F on your desired date -generally deliveries go out after 12 noon  (please note we are closed on Western Australian public holidays) Please advise if delivery address is a secure building or a locked gate to ensure swift delivery .

Supplying the Correct address saves time -please double check this before completing your order to avoid delays and extra delivery charges to a second address 🌸

🌸Saturday deliveries will be made between 8.30 - 1pm(Orders must be placed by 1.30pm Friday , flowers ordered online are subject to availability .

🌸If no one is home they will be placed at front entrance if accessible ,unless you advise us not to by phoning store or leaving a note for florist in your online order  .( PHONE NUMBER OF RECIPIENT IS VERY HELPFUL TO ASSIST WITH DELIVERY )

🌸Please call us to arrange any special delivery instructions if you haven’t already in our ‘delivery instructions’ when you are filling out the online order ,where we will always try to accomodate your request .
