Substitution Policy
🌸All fresh and sundry products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute some of the contents or packaging with an item/s of equal or greater value. The substituted items will closely match the original choice by way of colour scheme and form with the best in season choices on the day . All small sizing  options are unlikely to include all varieties in picture .
🌸Should we feel that the order cannot be processed due to lack of stock and varieties at the markets for your particular chosen item ,we will contact you as soon as possible to advise and arrange an alternative with you ,preferably by phone as this is the quickest way to resolve any issues.Please note if we can’t get in contact with you in a timely manner , we may make the decision and choose the  best choices available on the day your flowers have been requested .

🌸We pride ourselves on providing excellent quality flowers ,Should you feel unsatisfied with your order because of flower quality ,  please advise within 24 hours , where we will promptly work with you to resolve any issues .
